This place always brings happiness to me very special to my heart
ISKCON Detroit is a wonderful Temple located close to the Detroit River. There is always a peaceful ambiance here and the crowds are moderate during large events. It is located at a historic mansion that was donated to to ISKCON. Recently they made some renovations to the entrance, but everything else is authentic from when the mansion was built. Every Sunday, whether or not there is a Hindu Holiday, there is a spiritual Kirtan and splendid feast.
Divine experience in the divine place! They serve free food which they call prasad and its the best tasting spicy food i have ever tried!
