Quality Muffler Shop

Got a strute tower put on my caravan. Dropped off this morning and was called mid noon and it's ready. Did a good job.😀

Amazing service. They are taking very good COVID precautions. I stayed in the car (lifted on four post) all the time while they welded my exhaust. Great job and very reasonable price. I would definitely come back for any future needs.

On 0ctober 5, I phoned the shop and explained the problem with my car: Cracked pipe between the resonator and the catalytic converter. The clerk stated that if I got my car in at opening of business on 0ctober 6 (9:30 am) they could complete repairs in over an hour. I got the car in at 9:30 6 0ctober, and a little over an hour later the repairs were completed. I found the staff competent, experienced, patient, and professional. CAUTION: Quality Muffler accepts CASH ONLY for payment. No checques, no credit cards (in spite of the signage-they really should remove it), no returnable bottles, no strawberries, and no offers to tidy the place up!.

I pulled into the shop today during a snow storm to get my muffler fixed and the two gentleman that work there were professional and good guys.
My muffler is better than ever and already spoke to them about more work being done on my car.

3/29/17- Went back today to have some other work done great experience again. Was done so fast I was finished before my ride got there.

I also price checked them against work I had done in the burbs because a break down. They were a third the price.

5/4/17 I was back in today dropping off my brother's truck for some exhaust work and not only did he remember me by name but also my car and repair. Such great service.

Orignal review: Zak took care of my exhaust after it broke into two for a great price. Although there was more work to do on the exhaust didn't pressure me or try to upsell. I saw him interact with other customers. He was honest, understanding, and thoughtful. Reminds me what auto shop were like when I was a kid, about people not profits. Solid guy
