AND AFTER THAT CRISIS HE HURRIED TO SOLVE ALL DISAGREEMENTS ,

As an out-of-town property owner I needed a company that I can trust as a one stop shop to take care of my properties.
After two previous property managers who were disorganized and not always reliable, IPS did a much better job. This does come at a price - their fees are higher than my previous PMs - but ultimately, they did what was required, using their systems, that are effective most of the time.

We have had many landlords in the past, and IPS is the best ever. Fast response to maintenence problems and easy to work with. Highly reccommennd.
