  Ordered shoes online and they were personally delivered later that evening! This small business is an incredible community. Have been going to the group run for years. They’ve helped me prep for marathons -from gear recommendations & how to fuel. Wouldn’t buy shoes anywhere else.

  I visited RUNdetroit for the first time a few weeks ago and was seriously impressed. I needed a new pair of running shoes, and wanted an in-person explanation of what would work best for me. The employee that helped me did so one-on-one, asking me all sorts of questions to help get me the best shoe possible. Didn't push the more expensive shoes, either. The staff here truly cares that you are getting exactly what you need. They also allow you to test your shoes out right next to the store, which is so helpful! My experience was beyond great.

  I haven't ran in ages, recently I started running again to try and burn fat, blah blah - regardless of the story I've had incredible pain while running and after with recovery.
  
  Went to rundetroit and was helped by Justin, he was more knowledgeable than anyone I had spoken to or read about online in terms of what I needed and the pains / experiences I was having. The whole experience was 0 pressure sales and more of a learning experience more than anything.
  
  Needless to say, I purchased from there, and would do so again whenever I need to and have already recommended to multiple friends in the few hours since I visited.

  Run Detroit has a wide variety of items for runners. I was very impressed with the shoes, clothing, watches and all types of gear. I particularly like the fact that they offer a way for me to try out a running watch before I decide to purchase one. I have been looking at the Garmin watches and haven't decided on which model so this option will surely help me.
