Once again, Susan M. was wonderful with the clients as she escorted us from room to room during our Pet Therapy visit. Her kindness, patience, knowledge and assistance was much appreciated.

Wife is the patient has been here one day. Environment is clean, hospitable, welcoming yet professional. Staff is polite respectful curteous compassionate and again professional. Ostensibly. They are very much concerned about the patient's care and recovery. Measures are in place for covid protection yet recognized the importance of allowing visitors. Never cared for rehab places until now. Villa at Great Lakes Crossing has definitely changed my opinion. I give it five stars so far.

Wound nurse, Paul, is nurturing and well versed in healing pressure wounds received in a hospital. I doubt you could find anyone better. Physical therapists, Kursheed and Velveeta, know how to get the most out of their patients without pushing beyond their limits. And Kursheed has been very devoted in getting my wife back on her feet, of which I am most grateful.
