I brought in my phone and I thought I was told that I was going to spend $300 for the screen by Best Buy and I got it way much cheaper here. Thanks to Dax for repairing my phone in a fast time and being very professional. I will recommend this place to my friends and family.
I had a small part that needed to be fixed. Lucas took care of me. Had the repair appraised and fixed the same day. Very reasonable too. Highly recommend this facility for all your electronic repair needs.

I am having problems with my cell phone, and a friend referred me to this store. I called and talked with Ashley. Actually we had a series of a few calls. Though it turns out that I need to either replace my phone or upgrade to a new phone, and did not go to this store, I was impressed by Ashley's customer service. She went out of her way to assist me. I was impressed with her level of care, and her dedication to do anything that she could to assist me. If I ever need the services offered at this store, I will definitely go, because of my awesome experience with Ashley. It is my first time to feel that I will be a lifetime customer to a place of business that I have not yet visited in person. Just goes to show what great customer service by phone can do.
Brought my phone in because it wasn't charging. I had tried cleaning it out myself with no luck, and then was told by another place that the charging port was broken and they wanted to charge me upwards of $200. I brought here because they had replaced my screen before through my ATT warranty and they had done an excellent job. I'm so glad I did! They took a quick look and told me that it looked like I had debris compacted in to my port and that they would like to try to do a cleaning. They took my phone, and brought it back to me shortly after charging like new. He said he cleaned it out and cleaned the charging contacts. Excellent service! They truly care about the customers! Thank you!!! I will keep coming to you guys with all my family's devices.
