(February 11, 2020, 7:44 pm)Justin and Morgan rock! They went above and beyond to facilitate my father getting into new service and conversion from a competitor. This was handled by actually visiting the care facility where my father is currently undergoing treatment. 5 stars was only given because the option to give 10 was not available.
Highly recommend Flat Rock T-Mobile. Come see Justin and Morgan!
(February 5, 2020, 9:50 pm)I would just like to give a big thank you to Justin and Morgan at the Flat Rock T-Mobile for helping my fiancé and I get out of our contract through AT&T. You both were amazing and went above and beyond for excellent customer service.
If anyone is looking to get phones through T-Mobile they are the way to go!
(I have a T-Mobile four minutes down the road, and we still went to them due to the customer service)
