I received excellent customer service from this establishment! It's a small shop but the people in the shop are very knowledgeable very friendly and happy to help you they offered me services that I didn't even inquire about but just to give me a jump start on if I needed another part they told me what the price was and we're very nice to me I will come back to this shop and I will tell people that I work with about this establishment Way to go guys Thanks for your help

I have to say Flat Rock Automotive did a great job with my vehicle. They changed out the radiator and the next day I heard a noise and I was taking a trip to Indiana that weekend. We took it back ( nothing they did) to have them look at it and the not only fixed that they checked out a slight oil leak and took care of the pressure in my tires. Just to make sure I had a safe trip. My husband and I do not drive new cars so finding a good mechanic is so important to us. THANK YOU GUYS!

I must say the guys at Flat Rock Auto are awesome my mother lives in Flat Rock towers she doesn’t drive often and there’s been a few times her car won’t start Lowell has come over and charged the battery for her a few times he even took her car over to the shop and put air in the tires.Doesn’t get better than that all-around genuine guy.
