She went above and beyond to make sure my mom's marker was ordered and delivered after having problems getting it ordered. I now have my mom's marker and am very satisfied. Jessica was such a relief and comfort during this entire process. She walked us through this very sensitive time and helped explain things we didn’t understand. She showed us kindness and understanding. She truly is an amazing asset to this company and my family and I are beyond thankful for her.
