I have been coming to Garden City Nutrition/ Wellness Rock for 2 plus years., almost every day, always greeted by name, and sent off with a smile,love the weekly/monthly specials , great place to gather and chat or to grab a nutritious snack, FOREVER customer…MUST TRY there new summer menu , one happy customer :)

I absolutely LOVE GCN and look forward to going every weekend to stock up on my Mega Tea kits ♡ The staff members are so welcoming, helpful, and make you feel special as you are greeted by your first name as you walk in the door! Stephanie, the owner, goes above and beyond to make it a very inviting, non judgemental, successful small business, and the passion is reciprocated by her employees. Always brain storming new healthy food and drink ideas as well as community involvement. My son loves the kid versions of the mega teas, and both my husband and daughter love their smoothies! Once you try GCN, you will be hooked!

Awesome atmosphere, staff, & the food is amazing! I love the Mega Teas, smoothies, & avocado toast. GCN is different from any other nutrition store. They are a community who gives back and welcomes you. I love going into GCN and seeing the regulars and all the new faces as well! Great conversation and great drinks! Can’t beat that!
