I called Steam Tec to help clean the walls of my new home which had all sorts of unfamiliar smells. I could tell the walls needed cleaning but I had noooo idea what a difference this would make. They totally transformed the air quality of my home and cleared all of the cobwebs with their steam cleaning technique, leaving it feeling totally refreshed and ready for my ideas! They came on a Sunday and I was waiting for them as I wanted to see if the price quoted on the phone would change. They came in, looked at the carpet and assured me the price was indeed what they quoted on the phone. Once I realized the price wouldn't change I had them clean the furniture and put a protectant on the rug once complete. They were polite, got the job done quick and the rug looks great. I was going to buy new rugs, I'm glad I had them try and clean them first, I basically have new rugs. Wizard of Where
