I have lived in my building for 30 years and for many reasons have never wanted to move. The name has changed, the neighbors have changed and while the professional staff have changed, the quality of what they do and how they do it has been consistent. Whatever I have needed has always gotten an immediate response. The facilities are of a variety that appeals to a broad range of interests, and the grounds are lovely with an ever-changing landscape. Finally, the location of Lake + House makes shopping and traveling so accessibe.

Great apartments with really nice amenities - walking path around the lake, several pools (outdoor & indoor), gym, fire pit, tennis courts, Amazon hub locker for deliveries... grounds are well kept, staff are friendly and professional and always quick to help out with any issues. Thanks

Came for a tour here and everyone was so nice! They didn’t have a 3 bedroom to show but they took the time to send me pictures of one and even invited me to tour their facilities anyway. Their agent Daniela showed me a 2 bedroom and pointed out similarities and differences between the two as far as floor plans and size of rooms/kitchen/bathrooms. She seemed very experienced. Pleasant time altogether, to say the least! Thank you, guys!

My daughter and I moved in in June and we are so happy here we cannot believe how lucky we are to live here. Everyday I have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming. The office staff is nice and quick to respond. The maintenance guys are skilled and just nice guys all around. My neighbors are awesome and friendly. We use a lot of amenities and can't believe how great everything is and steps outside your door. We love the walking trail around the lake. The wildlife is great in the area. There is even a cute little wooded area (Walnut Woods) across the street. Seriously don't look anywhere else, this place is WONDERFUL!!
