Ms. Carla, demonstrated outstanding professionalism. She assisted me in consolidating my son's small storage with ours. My son is currently in the Army deployed to S. Korea. She ensured all transactions were legally handled through a power of attorney. The keys to my son's storage are at S.Korea with my son. Ms. Carla immediately assisted and cut the lock off for me to complete my storage actions. Thank you Ms. Carla for caring for our military Veterans.

Carla, the store manager, was super helpful on both occasions I worked with her--when I first obtained my storage rental a few years ago, and again this past week when I transferred to a new unit. She helped me find an affordable option both times and carefully explained the contact. She is so professional and easy-going. I also frequently see her around the property doing inspections when I visit, so I feel confident my belongings will be safe at the facility. Great, clean facility and well managed!
