Coach Lillard has helped me achieve my Short term fitness goals so far! and I love our sessions. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging! If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a Personal Trainer, then he is the one for you!

Coach Lillard has been my personal trainer for three months. I was skeptical about joining the program thinking I couldn't do the workouts, but coach Lillard customized the workout for my fitness level, and I dropped down almost two dress sizes in a few months. Coach Lillard is a great personal trainer that is very knowledgeable of training people, he do in person, and online training for people with busy schedules. The program works.

I started with Coach Lillard back in December of 2019. I was completely out of shape and I could feel myself going down the wrong path with my health. Coach was able to get me from 167 lb down to 142 lb. Not only is he very professional but he's very friendly and genuinely cares about your health. He takes Pride in what he do and believe me, no matter what Walk of Life you're coming from, coach will be able to work with you and custom-make programs to fit your lifestyle and your physical abilities. I highly recommend him for anyone who is looking to gain weight or lose weight.

I've been working out with Coach for 3 years had my ups and downs but thru it all Coach hung in there with me never judging, but always motivating me to get healthy by any means necessary. I find Coach to be very professional, he has productive workouts. Coach Lillard will definitely give you what you need, all you need to do is follow him and trust the process.
It won't come overnight but if you stick with the Coach and be consistent he'll get you where you want to be.
