Sylvia is very patient and takes the time to find out what all needs to be fixed on your car. The shop guys rock! They bumped and painted my car so good where the damage was, it looks new. My car looks like it was never rear-ended and they resolved a dashboard light issue with an adjustment. Thank you all so much :)

The lady behind the desk, I believe her name was Sylvia, was amazingly patient and thorough. She was training a new person and helping a customer who was having a real rough day when I came in. She still took the time to help me, even though it was close to closing time. Then, she apologized for what she thought was slipshod customer service! Actually, she gave me the information I needed and told me she would go to bat for me with the insurance company. I was completely fine with that. When my parts come in to fix my car, she will call me. So, now I am completely confident that they will fix my car back to dealership specs. I give this place FIVE STARS.
