From the very beginning of my buying process everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. No one was pushy or dismissive. While I was there even the service guys were very open to all my mechanical questions. The out the door price they quoted over the phone was exactly what I got, it was even less than everyone else in Southeast MI. Kurt and Megan even stayed late to make sure I got the best deal possible. I will definitely come back for my next power toy!

I'll start by stating that I've been riding motorcycles for 20 years, and I've purchased over 11 motorcycles. I've also had the unfortunate experience of being jerked around by motorcycle dealers trying to walk away with as much as possible from a deal instead of creating a win/win scenario and a repeat customer.

Bright Power Sports sets an entirely new standard; they provide one of the best experiences I've ever had.

I found a motorcycle on their website that I'd been looking to buy for almost the last three months (A Kawasaki Concours 14), so I contacted them.

I sent an email late at night asking for the OTD price and was contacted by Ryan Gall the next day. Within the first sentence, he responded to my question about the price; no gimmicks or BS trying to trick me into coming into the store, just the detailed information I needed.

The OTD price for the motorcycle was fair, so negotiation wasn't necessary, and that's 100% exactly how it should be. If there's anything I've learned, if you have to haggle the OTD price, there are two things wrong: You're talking to the wrong dealer, or you're buying the wrong motorcycle.

So, after a brief deliberation on my end, I immediately put a deposit down and began making arrangements to come from Texas (almost 1200 miles away) to finalize the deal in person and then ride the motorcycle back home.

Once I got there, I received the same consistent service and care from Ryan and the finance manager, Megan. By the way, Megan did a fantastic job in helping me secure the extended manufacturers' warranty and financing before I even got there. So, signing the paperwork took less than 3 minutes!

Another significant part of this entire experience was how much everyone cared; Ryan reminded me that because of the long trip home, I needed to be sure and take care of the first 600-mile service. So, this gave me a great idea to ride 300 miles to Mackinaw and back so Bright Powersports could also take care of my first service. I later learned that Bright Powersports when the extra mile to coordinate for Rich, one of their techs, to come in to perform my first service! I even got a chance to chat with Rich; he was so friendly and answered all my questions!

I can't stop telling my friends about how exceptional Bright Powersports is; I wish we had one here in Texas! However, without a doubt, I would come from Texas to purchase my next Kawasaki from them again!

Everyone I interacted with was so professional, courteous, and took great pride in their work; I also saw lots of camaraderie amongst them.

Kurt was an amazing salesman to say the least! He went above and beyond to help me out. The delivery driver Mike was great as well! Even when I forgot about my $100 deposit it showed up in my bank account shortly after the sale. If you want a salesman who will treat you like family, go see Kurt at bright Powersports. Great customer service. Even though the dealership is farther then local ones, I will gladly return when I decide to get another unit.
