Quandt Park

Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable as well. Bathroom was spacious and clean with a huge awesome shower. Hotel was a little short staffed but still very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near Watters creek shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

The Marriott Dallas Allen team and especially John Vasquez are SIMPLY THE BEST! You could not ask for more professionalism than what John provided to me (and I am sure countless others). The attention to details was unbeatable.

Although my stay was only for 2 nights for a work trip, John provided phenomenal care, and knowledgeable service that I never had received before, and that is saying something as I have stayed at a number of wonderful Marriott properties across the world. That is why I am truly appreciative for the great recommendations, insights, and understanding of my circumstances I had which John always graciously answered, solved, and recommended to me. Regardless of what my problem was, you could not ask for a more customer caring professional than John as it was absolutely evident.

John exemplifies class, empathy, care, and understanding the importance of the customer experience. I have recommended my friends, family, and work colleagues for this specific Marriott hotel solely due to John's stellar quality of service, and hope this is the standard for all services across not only at this establishment, but for every company - regardless of service.

Everything about the Marriott Allen TX hotel has been an exceptional experience. From reception, to getting my room - I am always greeted and helped out by any staff in the immediate area to me no matter their department.

Specifically, I arrived a day early before my co-workers and decided to try the in-house restaurant, The Canyon Bar. Right away, the very first bar staff member, Alyssa - greeted and took care of me and my order. With her attentiveness and customer service, she solidified my very positive first impression of the hotel. Thank you!

A really good park to visit & play in.

Nice spot for the kids to run lose or just to stretch a leg the neighborhood keeps an open eye on it you can tell and I think its a good thing nice park
