He provides a positive and healthy atmosphere for all skill levels. Dennis fosters teamwork among the members. I love being a part of the crossfit community. I have built many special friendships. The gym is spacious, clean and has a lot of awesome equipment. Try it!! You’ll love it!!! You’ll never get bored working out 🏋️♀️ again and you will always be challenged. It’s great mentally, physically and socially.
