Beltone Hearing Aid Center

Lisa at the Livonia location is so very helpful. I had an emergency over the weekend with my 94 year old mothers hearing aids, I called at 9AM and she told me to bring it in this morning and they would take a look at the problem. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes, problem solved. Thank you Lisa and Cassey for solving the problem.

Jeremy Heyler and Casey Fletcher are excellent! They are both so patient with all of our questions and explain everything so well. Our appointment with Jeremy was only supposed to be for half an hour, but he did not rush us or blow over any of our questions. He spent more than that time with us to make sure we understood everything before we left. They are both amazing to work with!

Jeremy Heyler at Beltone was one of the nicest people he made me feel comfortable explained everything thoroughly. I definitely would recommend him to others. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and squeezed me in at the last minute . Best part it was free I will go back again Thank you both

My husband suggested Beltone 3 years ago when I decided it was time to get a hearing aid. The best decision I ever made. When they wanted me back in 3 months, after I got my hearing aid, I thought they would bill my Insurance Co. but was surprised that each 3 months when I go in to have my hearing aid checked it's all included. Jeremy Heyler has been my Hearing Care Practitioner and he is very knowledgeable and caring when It comes to my hearing needs. In the past 3 years I've been nothing but impressed with the service I get at Beltone. I tell all my friends about my experience at Beltone!
