My repair technician took time to make sure that my wall microwave and trim piece were centered and flush, to my satisfaction, with the existing wall oven and trim piece. It took 3 times to please me. No easy task - especially with my eagle eye! Scott, your efforts are appreciated!

Sal and Joey were extremely polite and professional. They installed our new microwave, set it up and helped us learn how to take care of it. They were prompt, expedient and cleaned up the area without being asked to. We would highly recommend them! Thank you.

The delivery was more than I expected with the professional service Sal and Joey gave me.( no sub contractors) Bill and Rod's has very comparable pricing , but even if they are a few dollars higher the service alone is worth every penny. Old fashioned customer service. We had a tight budget but they have everything you need from high end to getting a great deal

I just had my new Bosch 500 dishwasher installed this morning, and I am 100% satisfied with my entire experience! From the beginning of my purchase starting with their sales manager Dave, to the on-site delivery and installation team of Sal and Joey! Dave was a great sales advisor and was able to work out a good price on a 500 series unit which I'm glad I went with over the 300. Sal and Joey were great installers, they were professional, on time, clean and careful while working in my house, and also didn't cut any corners. There's a reason why I seek out local companies before going to the big box stores for my home appliances and services. You simply get what you pay for. I'll definitely be purchasing my future appliances from Bill and Rods!
