Awesome place to train. The gym has world class instructors and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Super clean gym, with 4 full showers, something that is hard to find in normal Jiu Jitsu gyms. Fully stocked weight room in the back as well. Highly recommend this place!

For me it was intimidating to enter a very physical, confrontational, and male dominated sport. This was outside of anything I had tried before. But do not let this deter you! The coaches and team are all wonderful, supportive, and patient people. I always feel so awesome after class, and you can’t beat the full body workout. You won’t know until you try so come on in!
