Crash Champions Collision Repair

Well I’m back again…and I don’t know after reading a few of these reviews ..but yeah a hit and run with out being in the car . The Crash Champions establishment in New Lenox Illinois and Plainfield Illinois done an amazing job on my truck from a buck trying to hitch a ride on my front end day before Thanksgiving 2021 now I’m home in Michigan and I might take my truck here for repairs because of a clown reversing to fast at wewe hrs of the morning and hit my truck on the run .. hope this location will be just as good or even better than the other locations.. Shout out to Crash Champions in Illinois….

Larry and Teresa were clear and concise with the process, and helped me navigate an issue that my insurance tried to hide from me. Would highly recommend.

They have done great work from inspection to delivery.
Deborah and Theresa were consistently following up and providing the updates.
Despite of busy schedule able to deliver my car within time.
Finishing with detailed cleaning is top notch.

Pleasant voice on the other end of the phone makes all the difference in the world, once I arrived the service was awesome, they did all the heavy lifting advised me that they were going to submit the paperwork to my insurance company.
I can start looking for replacement vehicle..

Had a recent vandalism to my vehicle . My insurance suggested this establishment .
They were really kind to me ,and very professional. Even gave me a call when safelight showed up and tried to do my window . Wanted cash from them or I. When my insurance pays in full no deductible. Needless to say I will never call safelight .
