Synergy HomeCare was very attentive to our needs. They provided home care workers who were compassionate and dependable. The organization is flexible and does not require a minimum number of hours per week or day. This was very helpful in our situation.

My mother was at the end of her life and only had a few days to live. SYNERGY was able to come out right away and assist us immediately whereas other companies weren't. Their service was really good from helping us with medications, calming the family and taking care of the loved one - Helping move them, changing diapers, and so much more If you can ask for the aids Sharita and Kim, they were the 2 best out of the 6 they set out.

I am very pleased by the company .. they go over and beyond to make sure there clients are taken care of and they also work with family’s to make sure the patients needs are being met. The owners and the care givers both show compassion and dedication toward there clients and job. We have hired several other companies to care for my father who has Parkinson’s and dementia and they have been by far the best company. I would recommend them with out a doubt.

Synergy HomeCare was the first place I called when I needed to find immediate care for my father but certain it was going to be homecare and not a facility. This company at first caught my eye because it said it was open 24hrs, and I have found that they are always available for help or guidance all hours of the day. They are accessible by phone, text messages and email. The quality of care my dad received and is still receiving is more then I could ever ask for. My dad's care is being met as well as having people who genuinely care. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that my dad's needs are being met as well as ours, the family. I would reccomend this company to anyone who is seeking quality care and companionship for their loved one.

This is by far the best company I’ve worked for. They pay for travel time and would offer a higher pay as an incentive for you to come into work on short notice. The manager Kandace is absolutely amazing I love her she’s such a sweet heart.
