So far so good. I'm very impressed with new phones.

I was dreading going in to get my new iPhone 13 Pro Max set up, but it was the best experience I've had compared to other phone companies.

Best t-mobile store in the valley hands down. Customer service is incredible and each employee has their own positive personality. i recommend anyone from the kings county area to go and see for themselves. i will never go to another t mobile as long as i live here.

Astonishing customer service.. walked in just to ask about the plans and the employees were really nice and answered all my questions they demoed everything i was in a hurry but since they were really respectful and awesome i didn't care i stayed longer. Will honestly be coming back to this location all the time. Sharon and Douglas were honestly amazing employees. You guys are lucky to have employees that enjoy what they do. Will definitely recommend T-mobile and this location to friends and family.
