Tim Hortons

I just wanna shoutout the incredibly cheery and friendly staff working this morning (1/21/23). I really needed that burst of joy and I didn’t even know it! Great coffee and great customer service.

This is my favorite Tim Horton's for one reason: Bill! He puts a smile on my face every time I interact with him. He's a gem!

I only gave the food two stars because they grill the bagels instead of toasting them. Who grills bagels? That is just wrong.

By far the best Tims around. Always open, fresh and friendly. New 5a-9p hours while all the others one close while I’m still at work. If it wasn’t for this store, I’d stop going to Tim Hortons altogether. The 5 & Newburgh, Plymouth & Farmington, and 6 & Middlebelt locations have all gone to hell this year.

I came through the drive thru around 3pm for the second time today and I'm sorry I did not catch the guy at the windows name either time. Same guy though. I think he definitely deserved some recognition and appreciation so I thought what better way than a Google review. Thank you for making your customers smile and laugh. You made my day as I'm sure many others. In today's society we need that more than ever. I love your customer service and interaction with the customers and your sense of humor and ability to brighten others day with a smile. I hope you get the recognition you deserve! Keep up that great interaction. 👍
