Home Instead

I used Home Instead as an extra level of care and companionship for my elderly cousin and was pleased in every way. Jaclyn was always there for every concern or question I had and the aides took such good care of my cousin.
I would definitely use Home Instead again when the need arises.

I have recently used Home Instead to care for my mom who's battling Alzheimer's Disease. The care we received from this service was top notched and professional at the highest level. Jaclyn Michael, our Quality Assurance Coordinator, met us at my mom's home to get an accurate assessment of the care needed and who to match her up with for that need. She took her time, asked questions, and engaged with my mom on a very caring level. The caregiver she provided was excellent. Fidelia, took care of my mom like she was a member of her own family. She was always on time, diligent and if she needed anything or had a question about my mom's behavior, would not hesitate to communicate this with me. All in all I'm a lifetime fan of Home Instead and even recommended them to my best friends's dad, for in home care.

This place is more than a company! I came in for an interview with their HR guru, Loraine Stewart. I say guru, because she know what she is talking about! Oh boy, she was very concise with explaining their services as well as what my position would entail. A very trustworthy company. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly!!! I am relocating to MI from Florida in a few months. My first stop will be a home instead to met with Ms. Stewart to complete my application.
