Edited in 2022: Jeff continued to offer a great experience from the beginning until the end. A relocation out of State took me in a different direction, otherwise I would have remained a loyal customer for Jeff. I don't believe I had one negative interaction......very quick and detailed with all responses - best rates and easy to work with!

Rating from 2019: Jeff was fantastic! He really went above and beyond to help answer the (many) questions that I had, and was very timely to respond. I would highly recommend Jeff to any individual or business for their insurance needs.

I was having difficulty contacting my agent (who I won't name) to handle an insurance issue. I was then directed to the dreaded automated line, where I had to wait over 30 minutes, and it still didn't resolve the issue.
So I called Jeff Morris out of the blue to see if he could help me out. (I called him because he was the closest agent to my area).
I am so glad I did! He was extremely helpful, and walked me through the process. He contacted Farmers directly to try and help me with my situation. He took on my problems, as if they were his own (without being my agent, or ever even meeting me). His high level of professionalism, and quick response to aid me was unexpected in today's age.
I highly recommend him for any insurance needs, or any other services he may offer! He is now my agent for my policy, and any other policies I may need in the future!
