Dr. Misuraca is knowledgeable, helpful and takes the time to answer questions. I trust him. I would recommend to the office that lab results get published in the portal before release by the doctor. There is a lot of waiting time to get the results involved, which is not the case in other healthcare facilities. Other than that, the office works well.
The staff is wonderful, friendly and very professional! Dr. Misuraca is a great doctor and is very attentive to your issues and genuinely cares about you not only as a patient but as a person too!!!
The staff is always so patient and pleasant to patients. They will hold the door open a little longer or choose the closest exam room for seniors. Dr. Misuraca is fast, but doesn't overlook the details or any concerns. It knows how to translate the medical jargon to the most common denominator. There's always time for questions.
I would have given 5 stars if I actually spoke with the Dr. The appointment was on time no excessive waiting, the people are helpful and friendly. For the first time ever I was examined by the NP who I have no issues with she reviewed the exam with the Dr. and released me. I have been seeing old school doctors who know me talk to me and exam me. I do not care for this new method of assembly line medicine. I am billed to see a MD not NP, hence I am not a fan of this business model.
