The store manager, Earl Sides, called me personally to confirm my order details. When I asked if he could pull off a holiday miracle so we would not have to cancel our holiday trip, he said no problem. Bring in your truck asap. I took my truck in at lunch time. They took care of everything before they closed that day. The assistant service manager, DJ Guth, finished my order with the same pleasant attitude and professionalism as the store manager. The whole team went over and beyond. My family and I truly appreciate their exceptional customer service.”

“I am 30 years old and just up until 2 months ago I have been seeing the same doctor since I was 9 years old . She recently retired and my grandmother told me about her doctor . I got in the same day I change my PCP. Dr.penn and his staff were so welcoming and he listened to all my concerns and medications and didn’t profile like most doctors do ! I was so relieved to had seen him and finally someone who wanted to do more than shove medication down my throat! I walked out of his office crying tears of relief and happiness. Has amazing and had great bedside manners. He listened so well that he knew where I was going with my conversation and didn’t just stop me from rambling about my personal life ,he let me finish,Addressed problems and now we are on our way to a healthier life for myself. When I was leaving I said “ I am so happy I could hug ya , I just fell in love with you “ lol so he hugged me and said “ well don’t fall in love with me I’m married “ so he is a faithful man too !!!! “Our family loves this dentist office! They are extremely kind and courteous. I have had Nicole to clean my teeth for as long as I can remember and I personally love her! She does a thorough job and I have had all of the Dentist’s and they each are very straight to the point and do a great job at any cavity work (which I had the unfortunate experience sitting through, but they made it tolerable) they also did it right the first time, I’ve had bad experiences from past dentist’s. My 4 year old sat through a whole scrapping of his teeth no problems too! If you’re in search a great family dental practice look no further, this is the place!”

I get there and they say they can't do the job.
