Verizon Authorized Retailer - Victra

I went to the Verizon store on 6 mile in Livonia. I had a great experience at this store. Darnell was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I switched from T-mobile to Verizon and Darnell made it an easy and quick transition. I will definitely be returning to this store.

Excellent communication, desk side energy. Took care of my phone issues and was able to replace it with the model I came in for. Didn't try to run me like a fake car salesman and made me feel like the priority throughout the transaction.

I purchased a new phone this evening at the Verizon store on 6 mile in Livonia. Gabriel was amazing. He was patient, able to answer my questions, very clearly knew what he was doing as my phone had some complicated issues. Due to my phone, it took a little longer than expected and I was there a few minutes after
close. He was very gracious about that as well. I will definitely be going back to that location.
