I have had a Sharp MFP for many years that was never set up right. Had another company come out, total waste of money and time.
I called Sharp, they gave me Sterling's number as a dealer, and I called. Jeff refused to charge me, logged on remotely, and set up my machine from the ground up - completely unheard of these days! Thanks again Jeff.

The black cartridge on our printer ran out and I unsuccessfully tried to get it replaced using the national company that we have a contract with. Knowing I needed it replaced as soon as possible I went to my search engine to find someone in the area that could help. I dialed Sterling Office Systems. Not only did they find the cartridge our business needed but they hand delivered it to me the same day. The BEST customer service ever. We were all very impressed. Thanks again John.
