Order from Ten yen every few weeks and the almond chicken is very good. The only thing I didn’t like was the egg roll since it’s a bit chewy everytime I get one but other then that I would definitely recommend the almond chicken and a side of French fries. Is always good everytime
Ten Yen is typically really delicious Chinese food, but consistency is lacking. I recently ordered food there and the cook quality of the chicken was tough and the breading was extra thick, undercooked and falling off the chicken. I drive 30 minutes past Chinese food restaurants in my own area just to come here because it is usually great food. Hopefully it was just an off Friday for them. I will try it again in a couple weeks or so.
I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because it used to have dine in services for patrons before Covid, and it seems as if they have no intention of offering dine in services again, not sure though.
MENU PIC! I’ve returned, for another Stella review. Got the sesame and general Tao chicken combos. You get rice, egg roll (mostly filled with bean sprouts). We absolutely love the chicken, lightly breaded and maintains a crisp!! Very filling with great portion. Wish the general Tao was actually spicy though, but still good. Friendly staff. $28.00 for the two combos so me menu prices have gone up. I’ll be back though!
