Mohamed is a spectacular pharmacist who is kind and knowledgeable. His staff do well supporting him. I still do my business here, even though I have to go inside (inside Walmart of all places…) to purchase my scripts. Just people galore!

Having an aging relative means a constant influx of new prescriptions.

If you have ever tried to call a CVS, you quickly discover that they never answer the phone, you are in an endless computerized loop. Press 9 to check on the status of a prescription, and after pressing 9 it wants you to enter a mysterious prescription number, that of course you don't have. At that point the computer tells you to go online and check the patient's account, which of course they don't have, because they are 80 years old and don't go online.

It's so refreshing to just call Walmart pharmacy, a real person answers the phone, and tells you that the prescription is ready for pickup. Or that the prescription was sent to a different pharmacy, or that the prescription was never called in. But at least you talk to a real person instead of spending 20 minutes pressing buttons.
