Watson’s of Livonia – Home Leisure

Everything about my experience with Watson’s and specifically Andy was fantastic. We were looking for a new hot tub and started shopping in January. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted or what price point we could work with but Andy made us comfortable and presented a lot of great options for us to consider. He was extremely patient and considerate. No pushy sales tactics here, just a genuinely awesome experience. Eventually we found a great deal on a hot tub we absolutely love. Delivery was extremely fast and from start to finish this was an awesome experience. If you are thinking about a hot tub, stop in and see Andy you will be extremely happy that you did.

Bought a pool at the end of the season last year. Was given two names I could call to install. I called Brian, his crew did an amazing job and was very professional. My husband who is normally hard to please was very impressed and happy with the work they did. Would highly recommend them. Also purchasing the pool in September was worried all the parts may not be there, but there was nothing to worry about everything turned out great.

Andy has been great! We keep coming back to see him for our hot tub and patio needs at the Livonia store. We have purchased 2 hot tubs, and patio furniture from him. The quality and support has been awesome! They are great for assisting in regulating the water in the hot tub as well as keeping the chemicals in stock. We love our patio set. You just fall into the cushions and relax!!!! You can’t go wrong coming here.

Extremely pleased with our first time hot tub purchase! The service from the staff, especially Andy, has been superb! We have been back several times with questions about maintenance and Andy has been extremely knowledgeable and friendly!

I love this store. Everyone was very nice and helpful.. They moved my Grandfathers pool table to my house for me and did a fantastic JOB!
