I had a sports injury (Lisfranc sprain) about 10 years ago and was told I could no longer play sports or excessively strain my foot. I was told it would not heal and at best they could do surgery to keep it from further destabilizing. I opted out of the surgery as I would rather have the foot deteriorate and eventually amputated than be stuck in a debilitated state. I was eagerly awaiting the day a prosthetic would enable me to run again. I was referred to Dr. Sharpe on an unrelated injury ( I had smashed my toes very badly and was concerned they had broken) while in the office I discussed my existing injury and eventual plans for amputation. She informed me that it didn't sound right and that she has successfully treated Lisfranc where the patient was able to return to playing sports. on her advice we took various scans of my foot to compare to the original work. She really believed surgery could work for me but I tried not to get my hopes up. Turns out though scarred and painful, my injury had healed already. She told me I didn't need surgery and that I could begin running, training and diving again. With out her concern and interest in my story I would have continued on believing my foot was frail and shouldn't be used. I would have continued living my life in a way that is extremely against my nature and desire. I am an energetic acrobatic person who loves sports and working out. My initial diagnoses was crushing and the source of much depression. I feel like Dr. Sharpe gave me my life back. I realize that sounds dramatic but I cannot describe how important it has been. She prescribed custom inserts and specific shoes to alleviate the pain in my foot. They have worked wonderfully and I don't have near the level of pain I used to have. I've only used my cane once since then, Proper support and strengthen exercises are going great.

The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Sharpe clearly genuinely cares about her patients I cannot recommend them enough. If your having foot issues please contact her.

BTW my initial diagnoses was done by Mendelson Kornblum. It was not the only interaction I've had with their clinic and I have nothing positive to say about them.

Dr. Sharpe and her team are awesome. I came to Dr. Sharpe in extreme pain and after the first visit she provided me with all the tools to literally get me back on my feet and moving forward. She is awesome and her care is exceptional!

Dr. Sharpe is a dedicated, caring professional. She listens well and focuses on her patients' health and well-being. She has been pursuing a conservative course of treatment for us and we have great confidence in her as a doctor. Additionally, she has been exceptionally responsive to our concerns. Another plus is the outstanding office staff, who all work hard to accommodate the patient's schedule and desires. The customer service has been fantastic.

Dr Sharpe is fantastic.after going to urgent care prior to her for a foot injury, Dr Sharpe saw past that diagnosis and correctly diagnosed it and got me on the path for healing. Super nice, spends time with you, listens and knowledgeable. Easy to recommend.

Dr. Sharpe provided very efficient, transparent and pleasant medical treatment for me on multiple visits. She is very informative and takes the time to explain your situation and talk through treatment options with you, while remaining pleasant and understanding that every situation and patient is different. In addition to her phenomenal service and treatment, the practice is very transparent about any costs associated with treatment, as well as informing you up front of any copay that needs to be paid upon the completion of your visit. This practice takes all COVID-19 precautions very seriously, and all personnel and patients are required to wear a face mask at all times. I felt very safe visiting this practice multiple times during the pandemic, and I highly recommend Dr. Sharpe for all foot healthcare needs.
