The Crash Champions establishment in New Lenox Illinois and Plainfield Illinois done an amazing job on my truck from a buck trying to hitch a ride on my front end day before Thanksgiving 2021 now I’m home in Michigan and I might take my truck here for repairs because of a clown reversing to fast at wewe hrs of the morning and hit my truck on the run .. hope this location will be just as good or even better than the other locations.. “When I couldnt find a local Ford specialist in the Cleveland area, I decided to drive my Ford Flex the 4 hours one way to this shop in Livonia Michigan. Jeff was recommended by a member of a Flex Facebook group that I belong to. I wanted to assure that I would have my Flex for hopefully the next 10 years by having some major preventiative work done. Not only was that BIG job done but Jeff also did several other smaller items for me and as he was test driving, found a problem with the vehicles struts and fixed those too! I left it there for a week for them to be able to have time to get the work done and they didnt disappoint! I picked my car up today and couldnt be happy with the drive and her performance driving back to Cleveland! Thanks Jeff and Crew!”

“This is the first time I used this company to replace my windshield. Front office was great at setting the appointment, tech communicated throughout the day and was on-time at my work address. We did have one minor issue, which I put in the questionnaire after the job was complete. Within 2 minutes of submitting it, I had 2 people call my cell phone. One was the regional manager John Kennedy. Very professionally apologized, took ownership, and corrected the issue. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if I need a windshield replaced.”

The store manager, Earl Sides, called me personally to confirm my order details. When I asked if he could pull off a holiday miracle so we would not have to cancel our holiday trip, he said no problem. Bring in your truck asap. I took my truck in at lunch time. “Relaxed and Reassured and just a few words to describe my feelings after leaving the dealership. My car would NOT start. I was able to get a jump and drop off to dealership to get diagnostic test. The service department (Laura and awesome team) were kind and welcoming as well as explained step by step the process it will take to fix my car. Although this isn't my regular dealership they made me feel like family! Customer service is difficult to find however they are five star at Livonia Chrysler Jeep!”
