“I just wanted to thank and commend the staff at Manoogian Manor for taking such good care of my mother February 22, 2022- March 8, 2022 for a 2 week respite stay. My 95 year old mother has been living with my husband and I for 4-1/2 years. We have been looking for a nice place for her to stay so that we could get away for a much needed vacation. Up until now, I did not feel comfortable with any facility that I visited. From the minute I met Pandora and took a tour of Manoogian Manor, I knew this would be an awesome place for my mom. As this was the first time having her stay anywhere else besides with us, there was some apprehension. This quickly turned into relaxation and joy of seeing her participate in many fun activities and even being able to go to physical therapy for her balance, strength and posture issues. This facility is extremely clean, serves delicious food, and has a very caring, kind and professional staff that works well together. Please check out their Facebook page to get an idea of what they are all about. Just knowing that this place is here is such a comfort and stress relief. I was always worried about who would take care of my mom if I was unable to. My husband is already planning our next vacation!”

“Jeannette is an incredible trainer who will challenge you, and will absolutely be able to get you the results you want (as long as you commit). Every single physical goal I've set with Jeannette (weight, strength, measurements, shape, stamina), I've been able to achieve. She designs a different work out every time, incorporating exercises that you enjoy, and is happy to do indoor and outdoor workouts. She is very careful to avoid injury, regularly checking in on how a movement feels, as well as how I'm feeling the next work out, and can adjust or change the exercise to get the desired stimulus and avoid pain or risk of injury. She is an interesting and fun person to talk to, making the work out seem like you're also getting in some social time, and which can distract you from the pain and strain of those last few reps. I've been going to Jeannette for over a year, and am in the best shape of my life. I cannot recommend her highly enough!”
