Harold S arrived promptly when he said he would, he was quick and efficient, and he was very professional. He did an excellent job at explaining what the problem was and what he did to resolve it. Thank you, Harold for your expertise!

Rafael was very helpful in fixing my faucet. Took his time to make sure that he had fixed it right. Very nice person to talk to. (This is just a little side note. I wish DTE would put on the statements they send out, what service calls people were charged for so they know how many are left.)

I had a backed up basement floor drain. Kevin Drake called when he was on his way. Arrived timely, was kind and professional. He explained what he was going to do and how. I immediately knew the problem was in the right hands.

He even gave me tips to keep the drain flowing freely. I have American Home Shield and so happy I do! No hassle when requesting service. Paid my service fee and quickly received a text that request was assigned.

For any future
plumbing issues, I want HSC as my preferred service provider.

Rafael was very thorough and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He installed a new garbage disposal and triple-checked it and the drain to make sure it was working properly and they there were no blockages in the drain pipe. The service request via American home shield regarding a plumbing issue was professionally resolved by the technician named Brandon. Brandon was very professional, courteous and explained each step of the plumbing process. With the exception of a previous service request, the service that was provided today was exceptional and has rekindled my trust and respect for American Home Warranty service.
