Edit: the new management company was helpful in addressing my concerns working with me to find a solution for a happy living arrangement.
So many issues here. Most recently we had to wait 20 days to get our bathtub drained fix, they came after 5 days and tore it all apart so we had no way to properly bathe, then just left it and we had to bug them every day. They only sent a plumber after I had to talk to my lawyer. The leasing lady Joy doesn’t know what’s going on, I asked to speak with their manager and she called her and said “she’s on a project” and refuses to get me in contact with anyone higher and help solve the numerous problems.The apartment itself is a wreck, we have had things that have had multiple work orders in and never get fixed or they don’t properly fix and say good enough. The flooring is a vinyl plank that they put over hardwood instead of properly installing it and taking the hardwood out, causes for warped floor, they threw a giant metal strip over a part of the floor and call it a fix. The heating and cooling rarely work properly. Stove barely works, dishwasher was filled with mold and so was the shower. The 2nd bedroom has a leak in the wall. The whole complex needs to be ripped apart at this point. It is not comfortable or safe to live here.
The cops show up often here, I’ve had to break up fights in the hallway at 1am. They told us renovated units within 3 months for us and it’s been 8. They are doing renovations to units with loud tools and pounding overnight, so good luck sleeping.
Water gets shut off a couple of times per month WITHOUT any notice.
The new management company picked up right where the others left off. They don’t care they pretend they do, they only care about renting to a new resident not keeping residents. There is a reason there are so many vacant units here and Everyone is trying to leave. Don’t make a huge mistake by living here. This is just a portion of the issues. The issues are endless. Impossible to get help with any of them.
LR management is the new group taking over. They helped me move out and were very nice. Can’t say the same for the previous management group! Marcus, Carol and Joii know what they are doing!
