(September 8, 2022, 4:08 pm)Very happy with my experience and would continue on if not for my health insurance. I worked with Sam virtually, she has a very calming demeanor and always put me at ease. I felt we make big progress and even after just 5 or 6 sessions I believe I've been able to grow beyond some of my previous limitations and make more space for my own preferences rather than constantly catering to those around me. I feel a real improvement in my mental health as though Sam helped me mature into a version of myself that is less anxious and more self assured.
