I found Lovey by asking a stranger with a great haircut who does her hair. So glad I did!! Not only is Lovely a talented professional, but she's also fun. Extra points for the salon which is well run and filled with interesting and unique vintage items.

I had a highlight appointment yesterday with Sarah. She was so nice, she did an awesome job and I will definitely be back to see her. This was my first time at Urban Roots and the atmosphere inside was so eclectic and fun. Very happy with my hair; I've been getting compliments all day today at work!

I've been coming here for years. I don't trust anyone else with my hair! No matter where I live or move to, I always try to snag an appointment when I'm back in Michigan. The salon has a positive, upbeat atmosphere, with funky decorations too! Plus the vintage store next door is always my next stop after having my hair done. Love love love urban roots!
