  Me and my wife went in to look at a home and apply. It is a beautifully maintained community.

  I have been living here for 7 months, so take that as you will.
  
  I absolutely love it here. The management isn't over bearing and they do do quarterly checks on the house, and the first time i was nervous but they mainly just check to see if you burned it down or smashed a wall, if you haven't you're good. Rent is cheap and the area is super nice and safe.
  
  The only downside is that the streets are narrow and you're not allowed to park on the sides of them and most of the driveways can only fit two cars. So if you want to have people over, you need to get one of the very few communal parking spots. It is a bit awkward having more than 2 people over but there are workarounds and this is a pretty narrow problem.

  I should also say, I prefer it when management is as hands off as they can be. They notify you about things that are going to happen or if there are issues they let you know accordingly and quickly. I've done a few things that they don't allow per the conditions unknowingly (leaving my garbage bins on the side of the road for too long, making one of the exits to my house less accessible for safety, etc.) and they have politely asked me to change these things with no harassment or animosity. They let you know about a problem but aren't at your neck about these things which I really appreciate.

  I stayed in here when I was younger. I was out in the area, I haven't been that way in a long time. so I just stopped by to see how it was. really reminiscing they call it I guess and I was impressed. you know when you go to some trailer parks. It's a throwback right. they need to update when people move out. Plus Keep the park looking nice. And they don't. well this park has. The upkeep over the years has been good. it was really nice to see they still take good care of it,like they always have. great place still in my eyes nothing bad to say about it only great

  This is one of the nicest mobile home parks I've ever visited. It's clean, well kepted, and the trailers are all alighned in a orderly fashion. Everyone has a parking driveway, a shed for overflow items and as expected they have strict guidelines for their park in order to keep it nice and respected.

  I’ve only lived here for a week, and will update if needed. With that said, we are extremely pleased thus far. Very quiet country feel. Price is very reasonable considering what you rent is brand new. The staff here is impeccable, too.
  
  Update six months in:
  Still really loving it here. The staff is still friendly, and nothing out of the ordinary has been expected. I notice many of the negative reviews are based on things you’re told before renting/are written in the community handbook. I have a 22 month old daughter and we have plenty of space to play both in the grass and driveway. We feel safe walking around the community as well. We went out of town one weekend on trash day and when notified, the office so kindly put our bins back for us. I can’t say enough nice things. The only “bad” thing that has happened is we got a notice about a few weeds in our front. (Also written in the handbook, however)
