I had one of the greatest experiences at this location recently, and I wanted to thank agent, Ron for his wonderful service. It was extremely surprising to have been treated this way, as customer service skills has declined almost everywhere. He was indeed patient, answering my many questions, professional, and extremely informative. In fact, he shared with me options I didn’t know I qualified for. he didn’t use the usual aggressive sales pitch that are common for some, and that made me even more interested. I am beyond excited to do business with LA Insurance, and I can’t wait to get my family and friends involved!
