Dave and Tara Buy Houses

David was very kind and helpful with buying the townhouse so we could settle my husband's uncle's estate. They are kind, helpful and through, there was never a silly question. Bought the house in a very timely manner. I would encourage anyone to go through them to sell a house quickly and thoughtful about the price.

Tara and Dave purchased a home that has been in my family for over 50 years. My Grandmother was no longer able to take care of it. Our family was overwhelmed by all of the things that had been accumulated over the years. When we invited Dave and Tara to the home, we were embarrassed by the basement and garage. Same went for the overgrown landscape. They did not bat an eye. They acted as though it was just another clean home. Their offer was fair (even compared to the homes in the area), especially considering they bought it "as is", with all of the stuff we wanted to leave in it. They made the process of having to let the home go so much easier because of their patience and understanding of the situation.

My fiercely independent elderly mother finally came to the realization that she could not live alone anymore and agreed to move into my home. However, she refused to sell her house "just in case"... so it sat there. I tried to keep up on the maintenance, but as the years passed, my visits to the property became less frequent. When she eventually decided to sell the house, Dave and Tara were recommended to us and I could not have been any happier with the decision to have them take a look at it. They saw through the cosmetic flaws of the house and recognized it still had solid bones. From that point on, the entire process was smooth and fair. Once finalized, they even provided my mother with a photo of the house engraved on stone so she could always have a piece of her home with her even when she is living in mine.
