Widener Collision

The rave reviews are real! I hope this place stays in business forever! If more places like this existed it would be amazing. Someone had hit my car and at first I was concerned when I called and only got the answering machine but if you need to speak with someone it’s one of the last options. I was able to do the estimate online by sending them pictures and they are busy since they are really good so they did give me a time frame of being able to actually do the job in a month. Once they received the part they called me and the job was complete in 2 days! I was so impressed. Some of the other nice things to see were the area when you drive in is nice and clean and the office space seems organized. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and respectful and seemed to care about making it a good experience for you. Overall, I would not hesitate to bring a car here again but hopefully I never need to.

I stopped by Widener today and needed a part put on my Jeep. I was met by a very professional, nice man who promptly assisted me! He had my part on within minutes and I was on my way! Even the shop guy was super friendly and quick to help out. AND I didn’t even have an appointment! If I ever need any collision work done, I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I took my car to Widener Collision and Lee was amazing. I usually never write reviews , but I had to tell you all how amazing they were. My car was towed there ,they assessed the damages ,gave a quote and my car was done within the two week timeframe. The before and after pics are listed.

Widener collision was on a list of auto body shops my insurance provided after an accident. I decided to go through them and don’t regret it at all!! Widener collision was very friendly and open about the process of what would happen to my car and communicated with my insurance so everything was already taken care of when I arrived to drop off my car. Fast and friendly as well! I dropped off my car Monday morning and was projected to get it back by Friday, but I got a call Thursday morning that it was ready a day early. My car looked brand new and they even washed the exterior for me before pick up. I absolutely would recommend widener collision to anyone looking for car repair. I went to them because they had good google reviews, and now I’m leaving them a good review for the amazing work they do

The tow shop tried to refer me to a repair shop that would “waive” the deductible.
But that presented “red flags!”
I respectfully declined.

I had to call the insurance dispatch for a separate matter. When the intake person noticed my vehicle was being serviced by Weidner, she said, “Your vehicle is in good hands. Weidner does a fantastic job! They’ve been in business a long time.” Her words were a sigh of relief, AND they were also confirmation that I was NOT to do the “janky waived discount” thingy w/the other shop.

Lee walked me through every detail and provided relevant updates. Most importantly, he did not rush the repairs - making sure that every “nut and bolt” of the process was effectively addressed.

And yes, as standard, my car was detailed - looking like new money (although I don’t think there’s a person alive that can detail like me! ☺️ Nevertheless the team did a good job)!

I would never compromise price over quality. Reading previous reviews from Weidner consumers, (and those of the janky company) coupled w/the fact that Weidner is family owned and operated - the decision to go w/them was a No brainer! (And, they’re good people of integrity - that’s HUGE)!!!

It was guesstimated by the insurance co. that my vehicle was a total loss. I am thankful to God that Lee knows collision. He gave ‘Tuxedo’ a thorough eval/diag and made a sound decision to get him (Tuxedo) back on the road! And, voilá! I’m rolling!
