I'm glad I called Downriver plumbers. I needed a gas line installed for a grill. Ken was very professional and Brandon did a great job with the install. I wasn't expecting it but they were able to get it done the next day after I called! Very happy with using them, would highly recommend.

Fast and professional service! Our hot water heater went out Tuesday morning and my husband called this company for assistance. They came right out on their way to a bigger project and installed our new hot water heater within 2 hours. We were very appreciative that they made time to help us so quickly!

Very prompt service on late Friday evening for a hot water heater replacement. Ken took my call, and had his partner Brandon at my house within an hour. I was highly impressed that Brandon had a new water heater with him, and all the parts to do the job. Didn't need to stop and run to the store for a part. Fast friendly professional service. Brandon worked the entire time. ( Not like some home repair personnel who talk more than they work) I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it was to have someone show up with all the parts to do a job. No stopping to run for parts.

Ken was a lifesaver, I left him a message on Saturday, expecting not to hear back until after the weekend, especially because Sunday was Easter. Ken called me back and come out Easter morning to ensure we had a kitchen faucet for Easter. Ken also found some other issues under the sink and repaired them.

Ken is very professional and knowledgeable, I gave him a call and he was at my home within 30 minutes, he replaced my Sump Pump and some other things with it. I am very happy with the service I received. Thanks Ken.
