(July 23, 2020, 8:06 pm)I have used Jarbo twice for flooring installation and one would be hard pressed to find a more customer friendly and professional operation. They are attentive to your needs and wishes. From planning to execution the process was first class.
(July 15, 2020, 7:17 pm)I was shopping for vinyl flooring for my living room and carpeting for the upstairs hall and stairs. Jaybros is the place to go. Lee met me in the show room, I explained my needs and he showed me carpet samples and vinyl samples. The choice was easy from the wide selection offered. Lee measured my house the next day and the installation wait was approximately three weeks, enough time for me to paint all of the flooring areas. The installation crew were great, fast efficient work, they cleaned up after themselves, refused my offer to dispose of the extra in my trash can. I am happy with my choices and the installation. Customer service is the best, buy from here. I chose five stars because six was not offered. I took back the extra pieces of carpeting so Lee could make a runner for me (extra cost for me) with edging. I am satisfied with my dealings with Jabro. Frank Canning Sr.
(June 22, 2020, 9:12 pm)I began looking for hardwood floors for my living/dining rooms and I am 100% satisfied with Jabro! Fabulous work! When I went into the store to look at samples, I was greeted by Sue. She is super sweet and definitely works around your work schedule. Installation was done in one day! The installation guys were very nice and explained everything every step of the way. I will definitely be going back to Jabro when I’m ready to upgrade my upstairs flooring! ?
(January 25, 2019, 11:49 am)Sue, my salesperson, did a fabulous job helping me pick out the perfect carpet and laminate. I needed carpet for a staircase and she steered me to the perfect weight and materials for such a high traffic area. I am very satisfied with the professional installation of the carpet as well. The laminate was purchased at Jabro but we did the installation. All the new flooring is beautiful. I highly recommend.
