Every person I have dealt with over the phone or at the desk has been polite and helpful. They have also been very straight forward and honest with me as to the work I have needed and helped me prioritize repairs since I could not afford to do everything I needed at once. “Got a carryout for lunch on a Monday mid-day. Was truly amazed at how well it held up during transit. Nicely packaged. Reheated the fries per the website instructions. I put them in a preheated cast iron skillet for 5 minutes. Sprinkled them with the seasoning packets they provided. (After removing from oven) I swear they tasted like they just came out of the fryer. Nice portion size. I ordered my burger on a brioche bun. Held up great! No mush at all. For a takeout I would highly recommend. They really brought the A game, as always. Friendly over the phone order assistance.”
