I LOVE MY NEW HOME!!! Linda is amazing helped me get in I moved in Saturday and couldn't be happier

Linda and the staff were amazing within two weeks after approved had a home and on top of it with maintenance and everything else great place to move to

We moved in on the 17th of December. It's all brand new 2021 manufactured homes. I'm pretty sure we are some of the few people actually living here now because everything is being redone. New homes are coming in on the daily. ALL NEW. New homes with redone lots. Brand new appliances AND a washer and dryer!! I love that we moved in at the beginning of their revamp. I think its super awesome we get to watch this place grow. We have a little place of our own and with a yard once the grass grows lol. It's less than $900 for all new everything. I found this place and within a week we signed our lease. It was the easiest transaction and the background check/application fee was only $25 a person so that was awesome. The ONLY FLAW is that it's super hard to get internet atm because the homes are so new so no addresses are verified yet. We ended up finding a provider(dont go with ATT) who we now need to make another appointment with because the guy couldn't install because the address isn't verified. Good thing my boyfriend is tech savvy so we are okay with the situation. Other than that WE LOVE IT. LINDA IS AMAZING.👏 We are so appreciative of her getting us in a place so soon. The community management team is very nice and helpful.

Because I have have been here awhile and its amazing there is not drama at all and every one here is friendly
