Mechanic/tech was not very good at communicating things to us. Was taking longer than told for my car to.be done. The owner made it super right by giving me a loaner car and assuring us this won't happen again. So I can't help but give 5stars. And Dorinda was great also. Not even sure I spelled that right.

I sold my old (not running) Ranger to Fox Auto about 5 years ago and they really made the transaction very easy and smooth. So today was no different when I needed my blinker (bulb) replaced in my Jeep. Professional, very friendly people. Refreshing these days! Highly recommend!

They always have what we need, if not in "u-pull" in the parts and services department. And hats off to the workers on u-pull theyre always nice, helpful, and try to help in any way they can. Great people, great company, would recommend to family, friends, and anyone in need.
